No hidden fees. An additional clinic and the HMO Claims add-on are the only extra costs. The HMO add-on you switch on yourself under Settings → Add-ons; an additional clinic we set up for you — just ask. Each clinic keeps its own patient records, so a patient seen at both is entered at both.
The questions we actually get asked
Is there a setup fee?
No. Moving your existing patient records in and training your team are part of getting
started, so you are up and running rather than handed a login. Only an unusually large
migration — digitising years of paper, say — is quoted separately, always in
writing before any work begins.
What is the HMO Claims add-on?
For clinics accredited with HMOs: the aging report of what each HMO owes you, claim
filing and packets, remittance recording, statements of account and a denials view.
₱499 a month (₱399 billed yearly), switched on and off by you under Settings
→ Add-ons — during the free trial too — and nothing you recorded is lost
when it is off. HMO cards on the patient, the payer on a booking and Letters of
Authorization are part of every plan regardless.

What is the Orthodontics add-on?
For clinics that treat ortho: each case with its phases, a treatment plan, adjustment
visits recorded in seconds from the phone at the chair with the next appointment booked
in the same tap, tagged photos and X-rays with a before-and-after view, a case summary
PDF, and the treatment fee on an installment plan the desk can follow. Free while in
early access — we will say so here, and on your Settings page, well before that
changes.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Move between monthly and annual whenever you like, and ask us to add another clinic
as the practice grows.
What happens to my records if I leave?
You export everything your clinic entered, any time, without asking us. Nothing is held
hostage to a subscription.
