How much do your HMOs owe you, and since when?
dmdent runs the whole clinic — patient records, freehand charting, 24/7 online booking with digital intake, billing — and it keeps the answer to that question on one screen, per HMO, in days.
| HMO | Claims | Total open | Oldest |
|---|---|---|---|
| Maxicare | 7 | 48,300.00 | 62 d |
| MediCard | 4 | 21,900.00 | 38 d |
| PhilCare | 2 | 9,400.00 | 21 d |
| Outstanding | 13 | ₱79,600.00 | 62 d |
The aging report as it appears in dmdent, with example figures. The real one buckets every open claim at 0–30, 31–60, 61–90 and over 90 days, and only a recorded remittance takes a claim off it.
Your records stay yours
Every patient, visit, invoice and payment downloads as spreadsheets in one click — including on the day you decide to leave. Nothing is held hostage, and the pricing page says plainly what happens to your data if you stop paying.
One price, no per-patient fee
₱1,111 a month for the clinic, whether you have 200 patients or 5,000. HMO Claims and orthodontics are add-ons you switch on yourself, only when you need them.
A person answers, in your hours
Message us on WhatsApp or Facebook and a person replies — usually within a few hours on a business day, in the same time zone as your clinic rather than twelve hours behind it.
Dental practice management software, in the order it matters
Four things a clinic buys this for. They are not equally important, so they are not nine identical tiles.
HMO claims, LOAs and remittances
Every Letter of Authorization, every claim and every remittance on one ledger, so what an HMO still owes you is a number on a page rather than an afternoon in the folder. Denials are grouped by the reason the HMO gave. How a claim moves →
Patient records and freehand charting
You draw on the tooth, not into a dropdown — adult and pediatric charts marked up by hand, with written findings beside them. Contact details, allergies, blood type and the full visit history on the same record.
Online booking and digital intake
Patients book without phoning, and new ones complete history and consent with an e-signature before they arrive — stored as a signed PDF. Requests, confirmations and cancellations are emailed automatically; confirmations and cancellations also go by SMS.
Orthodontic cases
The case, its plan, every adjustment, every photo and the installment money in one place — instead of a notebook, a camera roll and a spreadsheet that never agree. How a case runs →
Also on every plan
Billing and invoicing. Itemized invoices linked to a logged visit, senior citizen and PWD discounts, partial payments across cash, card, GCash and bank transfer, printable PDFs.
Certificates and prescriptions. One click from a visit: a dental certificate on your letterhead with the doctor's name and PRC licence, and a prescription page when the visit has medications.
Reporting. Revenue, visit patterns, appointment and patient trends, with a date range picker.
Multi-location. Each clinic's patients, charts and appointments stay separate, each with its own booking link and QR code; one owner login sees them all.
Your branding and your team. Your logo on invoices and certificates, your invoice numbering, and logins for staff with admin and staff roles.
Help and support inside the app. A searchable guide for every staff login, and a direct line to us by Facebook, WhatsApp or a bug report you can track.
Your records stay yours. Export everything your clinic has put in, any time, without asking us.
A claim, from the booking to the money arriving
Four steps, in the order they actually happen. The numbers are the sequence, not decoration.
Booking asks how the patient will pay
An HMO visit is visible the day before, so the desk requests the LOA in time.
The LOA is recorded before the visit
Letters about to lapse are flagged on the dashboard; an expired one shows as expired on its own.
The invoice splits the shares
The counter collects only the patient's share. The HMO's share is what you claim, and the receipt says so.
File, then record what the HMO paid
Claims age from the day you filed. Only a recorded remittance marks one paid, so the aging report is always money you have not received.
Ortho cases that run for two years, in one place
The case, the plan, every adjustment, every photo and the installment money together.
Open the case at the consultation
Appliance, quoted price and estimated months. A patient who goes home to think about it becomes a follow-up on your dashboard after a month, not a memory.
Bond, and the money follows
Bonding raises the treatment invoice from the quote; put it on an installment plan and the desk sees what is due, what is paid and what is late without adding anything up.
Adjustments in seconds, at the chair
On the phone: the wires prefilled from last time, procedures as taps, and the next appointment booked before the patient stands up.
Photos that know what they are
Every photo and X-ray is tagged with the view and the set as it is taken, so “the same view, a year apart” is one click — the before-and-after, and a case PDF.
The actual screens
The dental chart, the booking page a patient sees, and the intake form they sign.
Freehand chart
Draw on the tooth. Adult and pediatric, with written findings beside the drawing.
Your booking page
Your clinic's own link and QR code. The request asks who is paying, so the desk knows before the visit.
Digital intake
History and consent signed before they sit down, stored as a signed PDF on the record.
